At Amour De Flora, each fragrance is carefully prepared, packaged, and dispatched to preserve its integrity from our atelier to your hands.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India

  • International shipping availability will be announced separately

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, and external factors beyond our control

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS

  • Customers are advised to monitor their shipment using the provided tracking details

6. Packaging & Handling

  • All fragrances are securely packed in protective, tamper-proof packaging

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply

  • Amour De Flora is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or regulatory restrictions

8. Damaged Packages

  • If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing acceptance and notifying us immediately

  • If damage is discovered after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos as proof

9. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details

  • Amour De Flora will not be liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
