Amour De Flora (ADF)

At Amour De Flora, every fragrance is crafted as an intimate expression of elegance and emotion. To maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and authenticity, we follow a strict and transparent return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including the outer box, seals, and labels

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, leaked, broken, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos and/or videos of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The inner product

    • The shipping label

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products with missing original packaging or seals

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Orders placed during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged)

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability

7. International Orders

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or shipping charges are non-refundable
